What we do not intentionally collect

Based on the current app implementation, SameHere does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, calendar information, call logs, SMS or MMS content, advertising IDs, or payment card information through the app itself.

SameHere also does not currently include third-party advertising, analytics, or marketing SDKs such as AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar tracking libraries in the shipped app code we reviewed.

Sharing, safety, and retention

We do not describe SameHere as selling personal data. The app stores and transmits user data to operate the service, and that information may be processed by our hosting or infrastructure providers as service providers acting on our behalf.

We may retain moderation records, reports, suspension history, and related account information for safety, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and legal compliance purposes. If content is deleted or an account is removed, some moderation or operational records may still be retained where reasonably necessary.
